This weekend, most of the country, and even lots of the rest of the world, will no doubt be tuning in to watch Puppy Bowl IX. It happens every year, and even though many people think it's too violent, or the commercials are too expensive, or the halftime shows suck, a good time is usually had with friends and snacks.
